RELATED INFORMATION

A number of groups of experts have a vested interest in the success of your SMT programs. These include professional organizations for scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and SMT educators.  What they can offer depends on the organization. Some have developed their own curriculum resources, while others fund research into teaching methods and education policies. It can be difficult to determine which organizations provide the best information so this page provides a list of the organizations most likely to be helpful as you address SMT education in your districts.  Keep them in mind as you plan out the partnerships that will make your programs a success, and don’t hesitate to contact them if you have questions or need advice.
